Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. All of our products are cruelty-free. We never test on animals and do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our products. We hold the same standard when sourcing our materials.
Is your soap made with lye?
Our soap is handmade from scratch using the cold-process method. All cold-process soap contains sodium hydroxide lye. After the lye reacts with oils, the result is soap and natural glycerin. No traces of lye remain in the final product.
Are your soaps palm oil-free?
Yes. Our soap and all of our products are free of palm oil. This speaks to our initiative to be an eco-friendly and sustainable company.

How can I check the status of my order?
Order confirmations are sent to your email immediately. If you haven’t received confirmation from us, please reach out to us or check your account on the official site. If you don’t know your order number, please confirm the email address and the full name provided when placing the order so that we can look into it for you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your online tracking information. Use this information to track your order via the courier website linked in the email. If you have any trouble tracking your order, please contact us at support@bluesoleilco.com
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products and because they are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We ask that you contact us at within 7 days of receiving your order if you encounter an issue. We will do everything we can to make sure you have a great experience with us.

Do you offer promotions?
Yes. We offer 15% off your first order when you subscribe to our newsletter. Joining will give you access to exclusive promotions, new collections, and product launches.
SHIPPING
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, not including weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. We work as hard as we can to try to meet all delivery estimates, but sometimes there may be delays - e.g. because of parcel delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control. If you have not received your order in the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will look into this for you.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders when you spend $50 or more. All other orders are based on weight and destination. We offer you the option to choose your delivery from USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Rates are shown during the checkout process.
Do you use recyclable packaging?
Yes. We prioritize eco-friendly and biodegradable packaging. We use glass bottles and jars and recycled paper packaging. Please reuse or recycle our glass containers and shipping boxes. Together we can reduce waste and protect our natural resources.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
