Refund Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products and because they are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you encounter an issue with your order. We will do everything we can to make sure you have a great experience with us.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order to report the damage. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item, and once we receive and inspect it, we will process a refund or send you a replacement. Please be advised that any damage reported to us after seven days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for a return or replacement.

For items that have been deemed eligible by us for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels in tact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
You will be notified once your item has been received and inspected. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bluesoleilco.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels in tact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
